Supporting health and care services

Overview

Health and care services take place in a variety of settings, including homes, libraries and other hubs. Scotland’s aim is to move care into community settings by delivering more care at home that will reduce hospital admissions.

The National Digital Platform (NDP) can provide key technology components to health and care services and offer support on how to implement them. We work with:

• teams within NHS Scotland
• independent providers
• third sector organisations working within the health and social care sectors
