Our APIs come with a service level, outlining its availability and the speed at which we address any problems.
All our APIs have specific standards that determine their availability and the speed at which we address any problem.
The standards below do not include the time it takes for an API to respond. These apply solely to the live production environment and not to our testing environments. APIs categorised as alpha or retired do not have defined service levels.
Be aware that, while we strive to meet these standards, these cannot be guaranteed. We must consider other factors when dealing with an issue. If we fail to meet these standards, we will not be liable to you.
